When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for booking purposes only. We also keep a record of attendees to Live classes for Track and Trace.
When signing up to our mailing list we collect your email address.
We also require anyone attending an Ellavation Pilates class to complete a Pre-Activity Readiness Questionnaire. This includes personal details such as, name, contact number, address, Emergency Contact details. We also ask of any medical conditions which may effect your exercising. All information is used for Pre-Activity screening only to ensure you are safe to participate.
